Workshop | MyoYin, MyoYang, MyoJung, MyoMaté
This workshop brings you some gentle Qi Gong inspired flows, followed by a MyoYin* practice for the pelvis: glutes & hip flexors and outer hips, followed by some Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté) to get your creative juices flowing.
Props: 2 tennis balls, blanket, block, journal and pen.
